Requirements
Show dates
All dancers participating in the dance show must be present 6:30 to 10:00
pm for the for the performances on April 8th and 9th *AND* the dress
rehearsal on April 7th. There will likely be an additional tech rehearsal
on April 6th.

Class attendance
Dancers must commit to attend class every week to both strengthen their
technique and to be warm enough to avoid injuries during rehearsal.

Rehearsals and absences
Rehearsals will start on February 6th. Dancers may not miss more than two
rehearsals. If you must miss the rehearsal, please let us know in advance.

Attire
All female dancers must have their own pink ballet tights and clean pink
ballet slippers. Female dancers may want to purchase a nude leotard to
wear under their costume (the Ballet Club has some nude leotards
available). Male dancers' attire will either be white slippers and white
ballet tights or black slippers and black ballet tights. All other
costumes and headpieces will be provided by the Ballet Club.

To sign up, or if you have any questions, please email Artemis at
artemis.ailianou @ gmail.com by 7 pm on February 6th.

You do not need to have a gym membership to enter the gym to take ballet
classes with the Caltech Ballet Club and you no longer have to pay an
entrance fee even if you are not a student/faculty/staff of Caltech **as
long as that is all you do**. Please explain to the staff at the front
desk about this arrangement if they give you any trouble.

Feel free to contact us with any questions or concerns!

Happy dancing,
Caltech Ballet
